Rainbow Care Ltd seemed like a legitimate healthcare provider. During the lockdown, while many were stuck at home, they pretended to provide essential services as thousands succumbed to Covid-19.
In truth, they were distributing cocaine and cannabis across the North West, using encrypted phones to run their criminal operation.
Their illegal activities only came to light when the police noticed Kurt Bradshaw, the gang leader, acting suspiciously in his Volkswagen Scirocco in Blackpool on May 1, 2020.
