The Handmaid’s Tale may have well surpassed the Margaret Atwood novel it was based on, but it is far from over. While season three aired in 2019, season four is en route and it has just been confirmed that a fifth season is in the works.
The show’s creator, Bruce Miller has promised that the upcoming season will be worth the wait as they had to postpone production due to lockdown.
He stated that he knows where he is in the story and he feels like now is a ‘good time to reassess what you were thinking’.
