A senior doctor who sexually abused two of his female patients is amongst those who have been jailed this week. Dr Wayne Davis abused the trust of his patients whilst he carried out invasive examinations on them during the 1990s and 2000s.

He denied all wrongdoing but was found guilty following a trial. Also locked up this week was a killer who stabbed his housemate to death in a 'frenzied' attack, and a man who carried out a 'campaign of rape' within a few hours.

A ‘highly respected’ senior doctor has been found GUILTY of sexually abusing two female patients. Dr Wayne Sefton Davis, a GP in Salford, carried out the vile acts against the women during ‘invasive’ examinations on them during the 1990s and 2000s.
