The Family Chase viewers gobsmacked with historic incest bombshell

But when Lynda was having her go, viewers were left gobsmacked by one of the questions, which had seriously incestuous undertones.
Host Bradley Walsh asked Linda, who took a low offer of just £1,000, which Roman Emperor had married his niece. The correct answer was Claudius, who had married his niece Agrippina the Younger, the mother of emperor Nero.
Even back then, in Roman society, a marriage between an uncle and niece was considered incestuous and immoral. And fans couldn't help commenting on it on Twitter.
