ok.co.ukThe Crown is busy filming scenes from early on in Prince William and Kate Middleton’s relationship, when the couple met as university students.
The Prince and Princess of Wales first met during their time studying at St Andrews university in Scotland, where Kate is said to have first caught William’s eye after she walked the catwalk in a university charity fashion show.
Actors Ed McVey, 21, and Meg Bellamy, 19, will appear as the royal couple in the new series of the Netflix drama, which will show the pair’s early relationship as students.
Following filming of the pair first locking eyes during a morning jog, production continues in St Andrews as the cast and crew re-create the scenes of William and Kate’s blossoming romance.
