ITV, viewers will hear a recording Moat made while holed up in a tent in woods close to Newcastle. It contains a chilling threat made after widespread media coverage of the case.
According to ITV, the threat was made public at the time but it's understood this is the first time Moat has been heard to speak the words outside of court and internal police events.He says: "The next lie I see in the paper I will kill an innocent member of the public.
For every lie I see in that paper, any paper I will kill an innocent member of the public."In another, Moat is also heard to threaten Northumbria Police officers, in a phone call.
