A one-of-a-kind Caribbean buffet will be feeding hundreds of hungry people this weekend. The Caribbean Kitchen will host the region's only all-you-can eat buffet for the cuisine in Oldham.

The exclusive buffet only takes place once a month with this year's set to be the busiest after promotional content for the event went viral on Tik Tok and Instagram.

Booking has been limited with interested patrons only able to book eats by direct messaging the food company. The idea comes from the mind of former Harvey Nicholls chef Patrick Smith who started Caribbean Kitchen from his home as a lockdown project in 2020 with just £80 using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

Once restrictions were lifted, Jamaican born Patrick went back to his previous employment as a chef but later reopened the home takeaway due to popular demand.
