The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's Royal Foundation announced it will donate about $2 million to U.K.'s frontline workers and mental health initiatives through a fund established in response to COVID-19.The fund backs programs such as grief trauma counseling for emergency responders and mental health support for teachers, parents, and children as schools re-open.
The royal couple met with representatives from charities benefitting from the fund earlier this week. Kate Middleton and Prince William's Royal Foundation, the umbrella organization for the couple's philanthropic work, has established a fund of about $2 million (£1.8 million) to benefit U.K.
