Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

mirror.co.ukThese are the 67 places across England which are set to receive mass coronavirus testing as part of a drive to cut infections.
More than 1.6 million tests will be delivered to the first of the Tier 3 areas taking part in the programme, according to the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC).
Some of the targeted testing is due to start from Monday and the approved areas aim to begin testing this month, the department said.
More than 100 local authorities are "engaged in the community testing programme" DHSC said with more rollouts due to begin in the new year.
