Tess Daly left fans rushing to comment on her latest social media post as she was seen alongside her lookalike daughter. The Strictly Come Dancing host was seen looking as proud as punch alongside eldest child Phoebe on what was a big day for them all - but especially for the teen.

Tess and her husband Vernon Kay have been waiting to find out how Phoebe did in her recent A-Levels. Last month, Tess shared an emotional message about her 18-year-old daughter alongside a series of pictures, including a cute throwback, to Instagram.

Sharing a picture of Phoebe in her younger school days during an egg and spoon race at a sports day, Tess wrote: "Well that’s a wrap and the school days are done.

No more sports days & school shoes!" The 54-year-old also included an image of Phoebe's shiny school shoes, and an adorable family picture of herself, Phoebe and Bolton-born hubby Vernon. And on Thursday (August 17), it was A-Level results day and Tess took to Instagram with a stunning snap of herself, Phoebe and Vernon, with whom she also shares 14-year-old daughter Amber, and said: "Good luck to everyone receiving their results today." And without going into how her daughter did, the TV star added: "Feeling like proud parents!" It came after she also shared a post to her Instagram Story showing a delicious-looking cake that featured a topper which read: "So proud of you," alongside balloons emblazoned with 'congratulations'.
