She's been open and honest about her mental health struggles in the past, and now Tanya Bardsley has revealed she's feeling "really good" after finding ways to minimalise her anxiety.The mum-of-four, who previously opened up about her family contracting coronavirus, told her Instagram followers just last week that her anxiety was triggered during lockdown.
But now, the 39 year old has explained that she's using meditation and breathing exercises to help her relax more after the pressure of homeschooling her children became too much to handle.
