Lady Jane has landed on Prime Video today (June 27) and here’s every song on the show’s soundtrack.The new series is partly based on history, centring on Lady Jane Grey, a Tudor noblewoman who briefly claimed the English and Irish throne in 1553.Known as the ‘Nine-Day Queen’, she was beheaded but in Prime’s new show, “the damsel in distress saves herself.”A synopsis says it is “a radical retelling of English royal history, in which King Henry VIII’s son Edward does not die of tuberculosis, Lady Jane Grey is not beheaded, and neither is her rascal of a husband Guildford”.All eight episodes of the show will land on Prime at 8am on June 27 and the series features a cast including Edward Bluemel, Jordan Peters, Dominic Cooper, Anna Chancellor, Rob Brydon, Jim Broadbent, Henry Ashton, Isabella Brownson, Robyn Betteridge, Kate O’Flynn, Abbie Hern, Máiréad Tyers, Joe Klocek and Michael Workeye.Check out the trailer for the new series here:The track listing for the new show can be found below. Yonaka have released their latest single ‘Panic’, along with a music video for the punchy track. Check it out below.The video features the three-piece swinging from ropes in a neon-lit room, running around in a warehouse, pushing a mannequin in a trolley and dancing while wearing jumpsuits, bringing to life the lyrics, which deal with the nature of having a panic attack.“‘Panic’ is a song about having a panic attack and how the body gets taken over by this other entity” shared lead singer Theresa Jarvis.“I’ve got the angel and the devil on my shoulders constantly arguing about which road I should go down and how mental health carries a weight so heavy that it’s hard to feel affected by outside dangers.”She added: “But I want you to feel the lightness of the track and I want it to make you laugh because I’m literally having an argument with myself.” Mental health has always been a focal point for the band.

Mental Health Awareness Week, Yonaka‘s Theresa Jarvis has spoken to NME about her own battles with anxiety – and the help that is available.Released in 2019, their debut album ‘Don’t Want ‘Til Tomorrow’ was “completely consumed by mental health,” vocalist Theresa Jarvis tells NME, of how she “felt so anxious at the time, I couldn’t talk about anything else”.Speaking of the balance between exposing her troubles for the first time and resonating with an audience, she said: “A lot of the time you’re going through stuff on your own so when you start talking about it, and other people tell you they’re feeling something similar, that’s so helpful.“It gives you the confidence that you can keep fighting this whole thing.
