The band’s latest single, ‘Slurp!’, came out in 2016.Now, Rizzle Kicks have shared details of a brand-new song called ‘Javelin’ on social media.

Public Enemy’s Flavor Flav has helped raise money to bring a US Paralympian’s parents to attend the Paris Games.Flavor Flav, who has been an ardent supporter of the Olympics this year, has now lended his hand once again – this time to Nick Mayhugh, a sprinter due to compete at the Paralympics this year. Mayhugh has previously won three gold medals at the Tokyo Games; however, due to the pandemic, his parents could not attend.Now, the rapper has taken to X/Twitter to share Mayhugh’s GoFundMe, writing: “Imagine spending 18 years taking ya kid to every practice and game and working 2-3 jobs to buy equipment, and then not being able to watch them play the biggest game of they life.”Flav’s callout meant that Mayhugh reached his goal within a day of having his campaign shared by the Public Enemy star.

But upon its release, fans were surprised to discover that rather than the rap album they had been anticipating, it was an 87-minute ambient flute record.Now, after delivering a set at All Points East that focussed solely on the new era of his career, fans have taken to social media to share their mixed responses to the performance – including their surprise that the event didn’t see him play anything from his older discography.

Pitbull‘s song ‘I Feel Good’ has been at the centre of an infringement lawsuit by a company named All Surface Publishing.The singer’s label, Mr. 305 Inc., was sued in a suit last week which saw the publishing company allege that Pitbull’s 2021 hit ‘I Feel Good’ infringed the copyright to Debonair Samir’s 2006 song ‘Samir’s Theme’, claiming that it featured “significant similarities.”“The infringement is an exact copy of a discernible portion of plaintiff’s musical work that was copied,” read the lawsuit (as per Billboard).
