Father John Misty, Caribou, Self Esteem, Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory leading the line-up.The festival is set to be held at Larmer Tree Gardens in Dorset next summer, and will run between August 28 and 31.Today (December 5), the first names added to the bill have been confirmed, with all four headliners being locked in. These include Electronic producer Caribou, who is set to bring a set celebrating the release of his new dancefloor-ready album ‘Honey’.

Charli XCX, Deftones, Fontaines D.C. and more have been announced as part of Primavera Sound Porto 2025’s line-up.The annual music bash will take place on June 12 through 15 at the Parque Da Cidade in Porto, Portugal.

Caribou has announced a new album called ‘Cherry’ under his Daphni moniker – listen to the track ‘Cloudy’ below.The Canadian producer/electronic artist (real name Dan Snaith) shared the title track from the upcoming project last month, marking Daphni’s first new music since 2019’s ‘Sizzlin”. The latter cut will not feature on the 14-track ‘Cherry’.Speaking of the almost-seven-minute-long ‘Cloudy’, Snaith explained:” The essence of this one is keeping it aloft – like occasionally nudging a balloon that’s only just heavier than air to keep it afloat.“For something so buoyant, I’m surprised how much it bangs in a club.”You can watch the lo-fi animated official video for the song below:‘Cherry’ is set for release on October 7.

IDLES are set to feature on the first episode of the relaunched live music show From The Basement.The show, which was created by producer and Radiohead collaborator Nigel Godrich, originally aired as a web TV series between 2006 and 2009.From The Basement will now return as a YouTube series, with Godrich producing the new episodes with James Chads and John Woollcombe.IDLES will kick off the relaunch of the series on June 1, with exclusive live sessions featuring the likes of Sons Of Kemet, Warpaint, Caribou, Squid and Nilüfer Yanya set to be posted up until October.Each episode will be accompanied by an additional song performance per artist that will be released exclusively to WeTransfer Premium and Pro subscribers, while audio recordings will be premiered on a new From The Basement station on Sonos Radio.IDLES frontman Joe Talbot said of the return of the series: “There’s an atmosphere on From The Basement that I haven’t seen equalled – it’s unlike anything else. Bobobo and Caribou are set to perform at Manchester’s Warehouse Project this summer.The pair will perform the opening concert at The Warehouse Project’s new season, which will begin earlier than ever this year on the August Bank Holiday weekend.Bonobo will perform a “special full live performance” alongside Dan Snaith’s Caribou for the bank holiday weekend double-header.Pre-sale tickets will be available to previous fans from tomorrow, April 27 at 10am BST while general tickets will be available from the same time on Thursday (April 28). Khruangbin have been confirmed as the final headliners for the second annual Bigfoot Festival, joining previously announced headliners Happy Mondays and Caribou.The Texan trio will top the bill on one of the evenings between June 17-19 at the craft beer and music festival’s new location, the Claydon Estate in Buckinghamshire.Also joining the final line-up is Maya Jane Coles, Bradley Zero, And So I Watch You From Afar, Pulled Apart By Horses, Bo Ningen, Puppy, Island Of Love and Wych Elm.Self Esteem, Working Men’s Club, Shame, Flamingods, Goat Girl, India Jordan, Katy J Pearson, Joe Goddard and many more acts are also set to play the festival’s second edition.More craft beer brands and food outlets have been added to the festival – see the full line-up and information in the event poster below.Standard adult weekend tickets include camping and are priced at £150 plus a booking fee. The Chemical Brothers and Jamie xx have been announced as the headliners of the inaugural edition of the new Bristol festival, Forwards.Forwards will take place on Clifton Downs in Bristol from September 3-4, with 60,000 people expected to attend over two days.Jamie xx will headline the opening night of the festival on September 3, with the day also set to feature performances by the likes of Little Simz, Khruangbin, Fred again.., Floating Points and Shygirl.The Chemical Brothers will close Forwards 2022 on September 4, with their headline slot following sets by the likes of Róisín Murphy, Caribou, Sleaford Mods, Kae Tempest and Self Esteem.A post shared by Forwards Bristol (@forwardsbristol)More names are set to be added to the line-up soon. Caribou and Happy Mondays are set to be among the headliners of Bigfoot Festival 2022.The UK’s first craft beer music festival, which held its inaugural edition last year, is set to take place at Claydon Estate (near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire) from June 17-19.Caribou and Happy Monday have been announced this morning (February 8) as the first two headliners for Bigfoot 2022, with a third headliner set to be announced soon.The likes of Self Esteem, Shame, Working Men’s Club, Octo Octa, India Jordan, Erol Alkan and Hayden Thorpe have also been announced on the line-up for this year’s festival.You can see the line-up so far for Bigfoot Festival 2022 in the above poster, with more additions set to be announced soon.Bigfoot has also confirmed that the British breweries Braybrooke, DEYA, Gipsy Hill, Howling Hops, Purity, Signature Brew, Two Tribes, Verdant and Wild Beer will all provide drink at this year’s festival.General tickets for Bigfoot Festival 2022 will go on sale at 9am GMT this Friday (February 11) from here.

Caribou has said that Domino’s decision to remove three of Four Tet‘s albums from streaming services “can only be seen as a desperate and vindictive act”.Four Tet – real name Kieran Hebden – signed with Domino in 2001 for the release of his second studio album, ‘Pause’.
