T.J. Miller Shares Why He Won't Work With 'Deadpool' Co-Star Ryan Reynolds Anymore

Deadpool.Miller, who played Weasel in Deadpool and its 2018 sequel, recently said he wouldn’t work with Reynolds again after having “not a great experience” with the actor during filming.“Would I work with him again? No, I would not work with him again,” Miller said on the Adam Corolla Show earlier this month. “But I’ve said that about Michael Bay, and now we’re friends, and I would work with him again.

Disney has tapped Strange World filmmaker Qui Nguyen to pen a Society of Explorers and Adventurers film, based on its theme park activation of the same name, with Ryan Reynold’s Maximum Effort aboard to produce.

While Marvel fans anticipate “Deadpool 3,” which Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman just made a buzzy promo for, it’s easy to forget that Reynolds has more going on than reprising The Merc With The Mouth. In fact, along with acting and his various business ventures, Reynolds has his production company, Maximum Effort.

Ryan Reynolds reached out to TJ Miller after his Deadpool co-star publicly spoke about how “horrifically mean” Ryan had been during the movie's shoot. During an appearance on the Jim Norton & Sam Roberts Show, TJ retracted his earlier assertion that Ryan was nasty to him on the set of Deadpool. The actors starred opposite each other in the 2016 superhero flick, with Ryan playing the titular merc-with-a-mouth and TJ playing bartender Weasel.

Well, that was a quick reversal.
