Strictly Come Dancing star Pete Wicks is set to miss the live arena tour, disappointing fans after having made it to the semi-final this season.
Chris McCausland will also be absent, however BBC EastEnders' favourite Jamie Borthwick, GoCompare singer Wynne Evans, former Coronation Street star Shayne Ward, and athlete Montell Douglas are strapping on their dancing shoes for the event.
Joining them in high spirits will be semi-finalists JB Gill, Tasha Ghouri and Sarah Hadland.Twitter was abuzz with emotional reactions from viewers, with one tweeting: "Oh noooo why is Chris not in the line up? " Another expressed their excitement: "Excited for @jbgill and @tashaghouri but absolutely gutted my faves @p_wicks01 and @jowitaprzystal not there." The disappointment continued with a third fan expressing frustration: "@p_wicks01 @jowitaprzystal why aren't you at the tour everyone wanted you there so unfair a missed trick definitely so heartbroken and disappointed." Tasha, who's earned her spot in the semi-finals, shared her joy about the Live tour, saying: "I can't believe I'm going to be performing in arenas – it's a real pinch me moment and an amazing way to continue this journey, I've loved it so much." She added with pride: "I'm so happy that all the shows on the tour are going to be BSL signed.
It's really important to me that everyone feels represented and included and I hope everyone, including the amazing people who have supported me from the deaf community, come along and watch." The Strictly judges, Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke, Craig Revel Horwood and Motsi Mabuse, will be joined by the celebs.
