Former Premier League star Stan Collymore has opened up on the time that Liverpool stars refused to donate to charity. Collymore retired at the age of 30 but had played for the likes of Nottingham Forest, Liverpool and Aston Villa in the top tier.
Premier League players have been showing their generous side in recent weeks with professional football in England postponed until April 30 at the earliest.
But Collymore has recalled how that wasn’t always the case with the Liverpool squad refusing to match his donation to Children in Need during his time at Anfield.
