In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Stacey had been out with her brood getting their daily exercise, under government restrictions amid the coronavirus outbreak.
During the walk in the woodlands, she saw a large muddy puddle and seized her moment to completely soak herself. The 30-year-old got down and dirty, swirling her hair as she sexily danced on her knees in the rain water.
Wearing a light coloured grey tracksuit and a parker coat, she lunged herself to the ground, working her magic for the camera.
