Get Me Out of Here!. Her debut single, a cover of "Driving Home for Christmas", was released on 19 December 2011. Solomon then released her debut album Shy on 18 April 2015. In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Football sadly isn’t coming home, after the England suffered a devastating defeat in a penalty shoot out against Italy, in the UEFA 2020 European Football Championship final at Wembley Stadium last night.
Celebrities including Stacey were sharing their support on social media during the historic final. During the match, Stacey shared a photo on Instagram of her family watching the final on a big screen in their garden, with the caption “I made it home right in time to see England coming home.” Stacey later shared her thanks to the team on social media for their hard work and efforts throughout the tournament,
