Stacey Solomon has told fans that her 'anxiety is high' as she shared a relatable post on social media. The Loose Women star returned to her Instagram page after sharing an emotional family update.

Mum-of-five Stacey was flooded with support as she shared an emotional family update. The 33-year-old has been honest about her feelings when it comes to her youngest son, Rex, starting school and her teenager Leighton heading to secondary school.

And ahead of both of their first days on Tuesday (September 5), Stacey endured a uniform try-on session and it left her more emotional than ever.

In the Instagram post, Stacey said her "heart is aching" for her sons as an "old era" comes to an end. In a touching message to two of her sons, the presenter told them to be themselves as they embarked on their "new adventure".
