Thirty five year old Nicky, whose Instagram handle is @nicknacklou, had been documenting her battle with stage four breast cancer on the social media platform after being diagnosed over five years ago.
A heartbreaking post, which Nicky had prepared prior to her death, was shared to her profile on Monday 18 September announcing she'd sadly passed away.
Thousands flocked to pay tribute to the late social media star, with Loose Women star Stacey, 33, saying she "absolutely heartbroken" by the news.
