In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Taking to Instagram, Stacey teased that she had been "up since 4.30am with butterflies" before revealing in a lengthy post that she was now a part-owner of haircare company REHAB.
Describing the move as a "huge moment in my life", Stacey explained to her fans that she had decided to invest her own money into a small business for the first time in her career.
