A stabbing victim begged a man to help him before running away in fear. Police arrested three men on suspicion of assault more than a week ago, but are yet to hear from the person who was targeted.
Cheshire Police says a member of the public was approached by a man on Manchester Road, in Warrington. The man reportedly asked for help and stated that he head been stabbed.
The witness then saw a small group of men run towards Manchester Road from the direction of Sainsbury’s, causing the victim to flee.
