Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has spoken for the first time to confirm that he was unharmed after being involved in a car crash outside the club's training ground on Saturday night.
Rashford, who played 90 minutes for United during the 1-0 win against Burnley in the Premier League on Saturday night, was later involved in a traffic collision outside Carrington as he left the complex.
Footage showing the smash circulated on social media and the player's Rolls Royce was spotted with significant damage. Police cordoned off Manchester Road, at around midnight, following the incident.
A lamppost was, also, topped in the crash, but Rashford was unhurt.
