An investigation was launched after a shooting on Ludlow Drive in Higher Folds, Leigh, at around 10.35pm last night (Thursday).
Detectives initially believed that shots were fired from a car towards a house on the road but, after finding no damage to the building, they have since concluded that the rounds fired from the gun were blanks.
