South Lanarkshire bus passengers and cyclists to benefit from £2.3m transport boost

A £2.3million cash injection by Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) is set to benefit bus passengers and cyclists in South Lanarkshire.The £2,250,000 funding has been allocated to local authorities and other delivery partners of Strathclyde Partnership for Transport, as part of the regional transport authority’s £14.5m of grant investment this year for transport improvements across the Strathclyde area.North Lanarkshire are to benefit from nearly £1.3m of improvements.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
