Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has overseen some high-profile transfers as manager of Manchester United. But his first ever dip into the transfer market at Old Trafford was to sign then 16-year-old Noam Emeran from Amiens.The youngster, now 18, signed on scholarship terms in early 2019, just a few months after Solskjaer was awarded the job on a temporary basis.Emeran signed his first professional contract in November of that year, with Old Trafford chiefs clearly seeing his potential."After talking to my family, I think it was the best choice over what I was offered to help reach the top level," he told French local newspaper Le Courrier Picard at the time."Now it's up to me to do the job to achieve my goals and dreams."And Wayne Rooney even offered.
