ITV host Lorraine Kelly, 62, is one of many celebrities to express grief over the death of Baritone Carlos Marín, who was put into an induced coma in a Manchester Hospital before dying from COVID-19.
The star described the news as “so sad” and praised the singer as a “class act” after interviewing him "many times". Taking to Twitter, Lorraine shared her thoughts on the late star with her 672,600 followers.
She wrote: “This is so sad. I had the joy of interviewing Carlos and @ildivoofficial many times over the years. “He was such a class act.Thoughts with everyone who loved him x.”Lorraine also retweeted the post written by Carlos’ Il Divo band members, who included a picture of the musician smiling and looking dapper.
