Smash closes M8 near Glasgow Airport as police and fire crews race to scene

A spokeswoman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed they have three appliances at the scene.Traffic Scotland is warning motorists to expect delays and to find an alternative route if possible.They tweeted: “M8 Closure.
