Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.
Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Simon Cowell gives £1million fee for Marks Spencer advert to kids charity

Simon Cowell has given his ­£1million pay cheque from a TV ad to a kids charity close to his heart. The music mogul, dad to Eric, six, asked Marks & Spencer to donate the money to Together for Short Lives, which is expected to lose at least 50% of its annual income because of the ­ coronavirus crisis.

Cowell appears in the recent “My Marks Fave” M&S ads being shown on ITV during Britain’s Got Talent. He is seen judging sausages and fruit along with other BGT stars such as Amanda Holden and David Walliams.

He told M&S that he would not accept a fee to star in the series of ads – if they could support the charity over the course of the year with a series of fundraising initiatives adding up to £1m. “Simon was delighted when they agreed,”
