Sex offender sent back to prison after being caught in possession of nappies

A sex offender has been sent back to prison for having nappies. Gary McVeigh breached his sexual harm prevention order by being in possession of them.

The 47-year-old of Delamere Street, Winsford, Cheshire, was sentenced to two years and four months in prison at Chester Crown Court today (July 5th).

McVeigh was previously convicted of possessing and making indecent images of children in August 2016 and sentenced to two years imprisonment.

He was also made subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order with a number of conditions, one of which prohibited McVeigh from possessing any nappies.
