A seriously injured man reportedly 'walked to Tesco' for help after being 'stabbed' in Radcliffe as police and forensics swarmed the area on Sunday (October 15).
Emergency services descended on Water Street, outside the Tesco Express store, shortly after 11.30am to reports of a man being seriously injured.
The Manchester Evening News understands the victim had been stabbed in the attack. The 34-year-old was then rushed to hospital from the scene as an investigation was launched.
Water Street was closed off with crime scene investigators conducting enquiries throughout Sunday afternoon, with a cordon in place on nearby Grosvenor Street.
