Police were called to the station at around 9.10pm last Wednesday (2 June) to reports of an assault. The teenage victim was found with stab wounds, GMP said.
He was taken to hospital and has subsequently been discharged. A 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with affray.
He will appear at Manchester Magistrates Court on Wednesday, June 23. It comes after a 16-year-old, who also can't be named, was charged with Section 18 wounding and possession of an offensive weapon last Friday (June 4).
