Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Hit With Updated Indictment Listing Two Additional Victims

Horowitz Senior Music Writer Sean “Diddy” Combs was handed an expanded superseding indictment earlier today in his ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering case, with prosecutors including two new female victims and accusing Combs of engaging in criminal conduct four years earlier than previously stated.

In the indictment, reviewed by Variety, prosecutors state that Combs transported, aided and abetted three female victims — two more than previously stated, though those two are not named. “Victim-1” is believed to be Cassie Ventura, Combs’ former girlfriend who filed an explosive lawsuit against him in Nov.

2023 that set off a chain of suits in the time since. Additionally, prosecutors backdated his racketeering charge to 2004, four years earlier than stated in the initial indictment.

The superseding indictment closely resembles the one filed earlier. It reiterates claims made by various accusers that he supplied them with drugs and controlled substances to “keep the victims obedient and compliant.” It states that when threatened by employees or witnesses, he violently reacted, and on one occasion “dangled a victim over an apartment balcony.” In a statement to Variety, Combs attorney Marc Agnifilo said, “The latest Indictment contains no new offenses.
