Scots woman who died weeks after being hit by car named by cops

A woman who died in hospital weeks after being hit by a car in Glasgow has been named by police as Jean Wilson.Emergency crews rushed to Binnie Place at around 11.50am on Tuesday, December 2, following reports of a crash involving a white Seat Leon and a female pedestrian.Jean, 83, the pedestrian, was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in the city for treatment.

Officers from Police Scotland are now appealing for information to establish the full circumstances of the crash.
