Scots farmer tows cops up road in tractor after car got stuck in snow

Aberdeenshire.Officers from Police Scotland in a marked Peugeot Estate patrol car became stuck in the white stuff on the B9150 near Crossfields Farmhouse, in Turriff, on Saturday at around 2.30pm.The local farmer spotted the cops in trouble before jumping into his tractor to help free the car.Footage of the police being towed up the road was captured on camera - and the hero didn't stop there.He helped free several other cars before cops and locals thanked the big hearted man for his troubles.The footage was shared on the Facebook page 'My Turriff' with the caption: "North East Police Division being rescued from the B9105 this afternoon."Locals were quick to hail the farmer with one saying: "Well done all the farmers for helping.
