Scots DJ Ewan McVicar has announced a huge homecoming gig. The 'Tell Me Something Good' star is returning to his Ayr roots with a show in April 2023 entitled 'Pavilion Festival'.The Ayr DJ has spent weeks leaving hints and clues that he was on the cusp of making a dream announcement.Tonight, he revealed the news fans were waiting for with the star – who grew up in Kincaidston – further suggesting that the iconic Ayr Pavilion could yet play a part.Ayrshire Live told how Ewan dropped cryptic hints that the famous Ayr Piv could play a part.

The original rave venue of Ayr once served as Hangar 13 in its heyday hosting the best dance acts of the 90s.Ewan announced a 'save the date' message on social media telling fans: "I'm dain it."Earlier this month, Ewan shared a snap of him with the iconic building in the background along with the Low Green; sending fans into meltdown.
