Scots Disney-obsessed couple spend thousands on toys and visit parks three times per year

A Disney-obsessed Scots couple who got engaged and honeymooned at the theme parks say they have spent thousands of pounds on toys and trips.

Letitia Hamilton, 31, and husband Nick Hamilton, 29, from Strathaven, both collect Disney memorabilia and say they visit the parks around three times a year.

The couple got engaged on the Tower of Terror at Disneyland Paris and had their honeymoon in Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.As they both worked in East Kilbride's Disney store they were allowed free entry into the parks - and they couldn't have been more excited.The pair claim that they have lost count of how much money they have spent on memorabilia and trips to the amusement parks - but they say it's in the thousands.Letitia and Nick have no plans to rein in their love of Disney - and are currently planning their biggest trip yet, to Disneyland in Tokyo."The very first time I went was when Nick and I got together in 2016," said Letitia."When I walked in, it felt like home.

You walk through those gates and everything is just good.
