A man who vanished with his gran’s £50,000 life savings more than five years ago has yet to repay her – despite being linked to a booming pet care business.
James Mill, 35, was taken to court by his grandmother Isabella Mill after the nest egg she entrusted him with to help her buy a home went missing.
We previously told of the heartbroken pensioner’s tears over the bitter legal battle which had torn the family apart – and she feared she would never see the money again.
Mill now has a role in a doggy day care firm run from his gated £320,000 villa in Irvine. The business charges up to £35 a day per pooch and caters for as many as 17 dogs at a time.
