Scarlette Douglas quits as host of A Place In The Sun after seven years on C4 show left her exhausted
thesun.co.ukA PLACE In The Sun host Scarlette Douglas has quit the Channel 4 show after seven years to focus on property development and fronting other prime-time shows.
They include a series with her brother, property developer Stuart, called Worst House On The Street, as well as renovation show Flipping Fast, both on C4.
A source said: “Scarlette loved her time on A Place In The Sun, especially the platform it gave her, but now she wants to focus on property development with her brother and is really excited about new projects. “She is passionate about adding value to houses and thinks the new series can help a lot of people.” On A Place In The Sun, Scarlette would help Brits find homes abroad.
