During the awkward clip, Sarah jokes that Britney had already achieved everything in her life and dubbed Britney's children "adorable mistakes." In the clip, Sarah said: "25 years old and she's accomplished everything she’s ever going to accomplish in her life.' "It’s weird to think that just a few years ago on this very show she was this, like, sweet, innocent, little girl in slutty clothes riding around with a python," Sarah continued.
