It comes after a hellish year for the star who chose to keep silent as sick rumours swirled about her back in May with trolls questioning her disappearance from the limelight.
Releasing a statement to her Instagram and Twitter pages today, Sarah, 38, revealed the true reason for her low profile her being diagnosed with breast cancer at the start of the year.
She then explained that only a couple of weeks ago she received devastating news that the cancer had advanced and spread to other parts of her body. "I've not posted on here for so long.
