SAFFRON Barker has revealed she finally feels body confident after losing weight and finding love in lockdown. The 19-year-old stunner spent last year competing in Strictly Come Dancing alongside her vlogging day job.

But when coronavirus hit, Saffron unusually found herself with spare time on her hands - and it inspired her to focus on her fitness.

Despite always having a trim frame, 5ft 2ins tall Saffron wanted to tone up and use exercise to stimulate her mental health.

Saffron told The Sun: “Lockdown has enabled me to get the fittest I’ve ever been in my entire life! "I’ve never felt better and I finally feel confident in my body. "I’ve been working out most days and doing lots of Instagram Lives with Krissy Cela, whose Tone & Sculpt app.
