Ryanair has warned passengers of “potential disruption” to flights on Tuesday, January 7 as snow continues to cause travel disruption across the country.
Both Manchester Airport and Liverpool John Lennon Airport had to close their runways in the early hours of the morning to clear snow.
Both have now reopened but flight schedules have been impacted. Several flights at Manchester Airport have been cancelled today, including services to London, Sweden and Belgium.
Dozens more have been delayed. Ryanair has urged passengers to check the status of their flight via the app. In a statement on its website, Ryanair said: “Potential disruptions to/from the UK, Tuesday January 7, due to snow and ice.
