The two entertainers starred in the 2011 movie as the title character aka Hal Jordan (Reynolds) and his best friend Thomas Kalmaku (Waititi).
In an interview with Total Film magazine in support of their new movie together, Free Guy, Ryan and Taika joked that they both didn’t know what Green Lantern was. “What’s the project you’re talking about?
I’ve never heard of it,” Taika joked. “…No, that type of thing is great, because Ryan and I have both got a similar sense of humor in regards to things like that.
