Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said a regional airport in Ukraine has been completely destroyed. The Vinnytsia regional airport was said to be targeted by Russian missiles as the invasion approaches its 11th day.
President Zelensky is now pleading with NATO to close the airspace and make a no-fly zone over Ukraine. He described the incident as "brutal and cynical" and has left the airport "completely destroyed" as Russian attacks "continue to destroy our infrastructure - our lives".
In a plea to NATO, he added: "You need to close the airspace, you need to make a no-fly zone for Russia, for all these terrorists. "Provide a humanitarian no-fly zone.
