ok.co.ukRussell Brand is reportedly facing charges over alleged driving offences.The 49 year old actor and comedian is also under investigation by the Metropolitan Police over allegations of sex crimes made by multiple women.
It's been reported that the Get Him To The Greek star has been charged with two counts of speeding and two counts of failing to inform the police if he or someone else was driving his vehicle.
He's enlisted the services of Nick 'Mr Loophole' Freeman's law firm to represent him in the upcoming magistrates court hearings.
OK! has reached out to his representatives for a comment. It is understood that the case was first dealt with in the Single Justice Procedure but is seemingly heading to an open court hearing, reports the Mirror.
