There was rush hour chaos on Thursday evening (February 29) after a crash caused major traffic in Stockport. The collision, thought to have involved two cars, was reported on Finney Lane in Heald Green.
Emergency services, including police, attended the scene shortly after 4pm. The road was blocked in both directions between St Anns Road South and Wilmslow Road (B5358).
A blue Nissan appeared to have mounted the kerb at the roadside following the crash.
