Rumer, 32, posed up in front of a huge display of Kim's posters for the shapewear brand as she held up a rotary dial phone to her ear during the shoot.
The raunchy advert appears to be part of Kim's celebrity campgaign to mark the one-year anniversary for SKIMS. The campaign includes big names such as LaLa Anthony and Addison Rae - who also took part in the neutral-toned shoot.
