DIY and discount stores are allowed to remain open during the third national lockdown. But, like supermarkets, they have rules in place to help control the spread of coronavirus and keep customers and staff safe.
This week five supermarkets - Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Asda and Waitrose - all said they would refuse entry to anyone refusing to wear a face covering who is not exempt from the requirement.
